How to Schedule

Call 412-942-7115 to schedule your appointment. Ask for a "Routine" or "DOT" (Department of Transportation) firefighter physical.

Annual physicals are covered by the Relief Association — there is no cost to the firefighter.

What to Expect

  • No fasting required — no lab work is performed
  • Bring a valid photo ID
  • DOT exam participants should wear or bring shorts
  • Complete the Medical History form before your visit
Special Conditions

If you have any of the following conditions, call the office before your appointment:

  • Diabetes
  • Sleep apnea
  • Cardiac conditions
  • Mental health concerns
