Baldwin Fire Rescue operates with 42 active volunteers serving a community of over 19,000 residents. In 2025 alone, our firefighters responded to 807+ emergency calls from 3 stations with 5 apparatus — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
No experience is required. Baldwin Fire Rescue trains dedicated individuals from the ground up. If you have the heart and the commitment, we'll give you the skills.

Membership Types
Active Firefighter (18+)
Full operational membership. Respond to emergencies, train, and serve.
Junior Member (14–17)
Learn firefighting fundamentals under adult supervision. Parental involvement required.
Administrative
Support the organization without responding to emergencies.
Associate
Stay connected with the fire company community.
Requirements
- No felony convictions
- Pass a PA State criminal background check
- Willingness to complete required training and certifications
- Dedication to serve your community

2. Submit Your Application
Complete the membership application at baldwinfirerescue.org.
3. Begin Your Journey
Complete your one-year probationary period with required certifications. We'll train you every step of the way.
